Intermountain Region
The Geographic Resources Program for the Intermountain Region strives to support the National Park Service mission in a resourceful and creative manner.
To effectively represent the Intermountain Region parks GIS issues and needs, providing GIS development and/or services to all parks and all areas of park management.
By promoting education and training in GIS and related fields; by providing the highest quality professional and technical services and assistance to parks in a timely manner; and by maintaining a communicative and cooperative working environment with the Washington Office, other regions, other state and federal agencies, partners, and cooperating universities.
