- Easily finds scanned NAPP (1987 – present) or NHAP (1980 – 1989) photos
- Cloud free aerial photos of the entire US region from 1980 to the present.
- Medium and high resolution infrared color or black and white aerial photos for a fee.
- Find an area by using placenames, zip codes or clicking on a map.
- Photos are centered on one-quarter section of a 7.5 minute USGS quadrangle, and covers approximately a 5.5 x 5.5 mile area.
USGS Aerial Photography Summary Record System
- The Aerial Photography Summary Record System (APSRS) describes aerial photography projects that meet specified criteria over a given geographic area of the United States and its territories.
- APSRS data base and contributor data base are available on CD-ROM for $57.00, plus a $5.00 handling fee. The CD-ROM contains licensed software for searching, sorting, displaying, printing, and exporting the data.

NPS etic Information Gateway
- Internal (intranet) National Park Service site
- The National Park Service designated the Technical Information Center (TIC) as the central repository for all NPS-generated planning, design, construction drawings and related technical report documents. ETIC is the electronic document management system used to manage these document and drawings.
- Search on park related documents, including aerial photos, by park alphacode.
NPS Landscape-scale Monitoring Resources
- Information on purchasing imagery: This is a 2.6 MB PDF document that is an excellent summary of RS data for environmental monitoring, with brief descriptions and prices for Federal Agency purchase.

BLM’s Aerial Photography Reproduction and Archive:
- Provides black & white, natural color and false color infrared photography for the western region of the United States.
- BLM’s National Science and Technology Center (NSTC) in Denver Aerial Photography Archive contains over 451,000 frames of original large-format (9x9 inch) aerial photograph roll film. This photography spans over twenty-five years. The majority of projects are at a scale of 1:24,000, however there are some holdings at a scale of 1:12,000 available for Western Oregon and Northern California.
USFWS – Digital Library System
- Limited amount of digital image still photos or low-level oblique photos from the US Fish & Wildlife Service.
USDA Aerial Photography Field Office:
- The Aerial Photography Field Office, Farm Service Agency is the primary source of aerial imagery for the United States Department of Agriculture. Over 10,000,000 images are held here. The imagery dates begin with 1955 to the present.
